Delete your account

How to have your account and data deleted at Kashif & Tausif AB. We are the controller and delete what we do not have to keep by law.
You work for us
Contact your manager or us through Messages or Help in the app. When the employment has ended we close your account. What the law requires us to keep remains as long as the requirement applies (see below).
You receive assistance, or are a representative or relative
Contact your team leader or us through Messages or Help in the app. When the assignment has ended, or when you should no longer have access, we close your login to the client portal.
What is deleted
- The login, trusted browsers and phones, and the app's notification token.
- Contact details and settings that are no longer needed.
- Messages, files and anything else that no rule requires us to keep.
What is kept, and why
- Pay, payslips, payments, employer declarations and accounting records: until the end of the seventh year after the financial year (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
- The journal: deleted two years after the last entry.
- Lex Sarah cases: at least five years after they were closed.
- Reports to Försäkringskassan and the municipality: as long as the records can be requested.
- Signed agreements and the history of changes: as long as they are needed to show what was agreed and done.
How long does it take?
We answer within one month of receiving your request. If something must be kept, we tell you what and why.
